Rose Room

HALL RENTAL & CATERING POLICIES

FRIDLEY

Our main ballroom holds 325 people & hall rental is $550  with a minimum of 200 meals.  Hall rental is $700 without food.  Main ballroom has an 1,100 square foot hardwood dance floor.  

The Rose Room seats 125 people and hall rental is $350 with food, without food hall rental is $500.

Our lounge area holds 60 people.  This area has a fire place.  Great for small private parties.  Rental is $125.

 A 16% service charge and applicable sales tax will be added to all food and hosted beverages. ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD NOR BEVERAGE MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO THE PROPERTY NOR TAKEN FROM THE PROPERTY BY THE CLIENT NOR THEIR GUESTS!

To book the hall on a definite basis;

  • At the time of booking a $300 deposit is required.  This is applied to hall rental.
  • 90 days before your event an appointment must be made to go over the details of your event.  At that time the balance of the hall rent, a $300 damage deposit along with a 50% of food hosted beverage deposit is required.  Damage deposit covers damage to the inside & outside of the building, damage to tables, chairs, linens, any property off or on site and if a police officer must be called to the scene for any reason. 
  • Note: business clients:  security fees & damage deposits do not apply.  Hall rental fee based on type of event.  Please call for details.
  • The Monday before your event all final guarantees and monies are due.

Seating for main ballroom at the Fridley location is at round tables up to 200 guests, and 8 foot tables above that.  Over 250 guests, all seating is at 8 foot tables. 
Linen table cloths are $7.00 per table.  Linen napkins rent for .75 per. 
White plastic cloths & paper napkins are available at no charge.
Cake plates, cutters, and serving of the cake is the client responsibility.  There is a charge of .35 per guest for our staff to cut and serve your cake.
All decorating, cake deliveries must be done starting at 9 am the day of your event, to run no later than 10:30 am.  NO Friday night decorating. There is a $50 per half hour charge for time frames past 11 am.
DJ/Bands may set up one and one half hours before your event.
Only masking tape may be used for decorating, NO regular tape, nails, tacks, and so forth.
All events end no later than 12:30 am. Bars and music end at that time.
No credit cards accepted
Our building is completely handicap assessable.
